    یاداشت بہتر کرنے کا ایک بہترین طریقہ یہ ھے کہ روزانہ قرآن پاک کی ایک آیت یاد کریں اگلے دن دوسری آیت یاد کر کے پہلی آیت کے ساتھ ملا کر پڑھیں اس سے اگلے دن تیسری آیت یاد کر کے پہلی یاد کی ھوی آیات سے ملا کر پڑھیں اور انچی آواز میں دہرائیں اور روزانہ ایک آیت یاد کر کے پچھلی آیات سے ملا کر پڑھیں اور ایکسرسائز کریں آپ دیکھیں گے بہت جلد آپ کی یاد داشت بہت بہتر ھو جاے گی

    Sir your lecture is very j formative and interesting but an old man like me who is 87 years old for him ecxercize very difficult for example how can he walk swiftly. I try to walk at a Normal speed but are 10 to 15 minutes my right leg feels acute pain and I can not walk further. However after rest of 5 to 10 minutes I can again walk for for further to minutes.. How can I have this exercise.
