His kidney, heart and other organ are very damaged. Our Guyanese food diet lifestyle especially the men. The eat too much fried food, eat alot of meat, and drink too much alcohol. Not to mentioned all the added salt. This is what killed your kidney, heart, and liver (rum/alcohol) Now I see Guyana is getting flooded with all the western foods/restaurants (deep fried chicken, fries, burgers, pizza - damages/blocked the blood vessels/arteries resulting in stroke/heart failure) that is worst for your kidney and heart. For healthy Liver - Green tea, Ginger tea, Turmeric tea, Peppermint tea. Heart/Kidney - Vitamin E, Omega 3 (salmon, sardine only eat those with olive oil/herbs) Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B6. To get a list of all the foods for those Vitamin I just listed. Google it. ex Vitamin B6 foods, Vitamin B9 foods etc 🤗@@arianasingh7976
