@@idktbh930 Mechanically speaking no, freestylers are definitely better. Among the most mechanical pros is Joyo who already had been a freestyler before going pro. Pros spend time working on competitive mechanics to win games, not flashy ones that require 1,000+ boost.

Saying they’re useless is the same as saying drifting with cars irl is useless, or anything else that focuses on style over the competitive aspect. I can’t tell if you’re disgruntled because you’re jealous of freestylers or an actual child that can’t comprehend something having a use outside winning.
