- After almost 3 months of lock down in Bulgaria, we are finally able to travel locally again, and for my first trip, we went to explore Plovdiv. One of the oldest cities in Europe and voted cultural capital in 2019. Find out what it's like to travel again and what there is to do in Plovdiv.

I lied, I think there is only 4 Hill View Points in Plovdiv:
- Nebet Tepe: “The Guard Hill”
- Sahat tepe: “The Time Hill”
- Youth Hill
- Danov Hill

I am so happy that some places are able to start coming out of quarantine! It's hard being quarantined as a traveler! Bulgaria is on my bucket list for sure!

It's such a beautiful country! I will be spending much more time there in the coming months :) Thank you so much for the support!
great vlog! btw 1st to watch
We last year- what a cool city!! Lots of love from Chicago 💗
What a cute city!! Totally agree with you about zoos, we don't need them. Can't wait to explore Bulgaria!!
Did you quarantine in Europe?
The Roman Stadium is in the center of town...you had it in one of your shots. you can just walk down and see the part of it that is exposed. the rest is under the pedestrian area. there is a cafe there too. Plovdiv is the oldest city in Europe, so there is a lot to see
Yes, it's a beautiful city! Thanks for the tip :)
Thanks for sharing your info, you present your content really well! I’ve been to Bulgaria on a number of occasions but never visited Plovdiv, so I will definitely stick this one on my travel list. Keep up the good work 👌🏾
Thanks so much Mike! Really glad you found it helpful, and yes! It's totally worth a visit :) where in Bulgaria have you been?
Hi Linda, I’ve been to Sofia, Burgas, Black Sea coast, and then some of the smaller places off the beaten track like Asenovgrad at the foot of the Rhodope mountain range, Chepelare, Shiroka Laka, Smolyan, Pamporovo, these are all in the Rhodopes & very traditional, beautiful nature with lots of really nice welcoming people!
Bulgaria charmed me, so I ended up purchasing a small retreat there where I can escape and fully relax :) How long did you spend on your visit?
@@mikeyg5700 that's amazing! I'll have to add some of those to my list. I am actually based out of bansko at the moment, renting a flat there while I travel around but I'm planning to spend winter and spring in Bulgaria again. I spent about 7 months there this year:)
Life by Linda that’s cool! I wish I had enough time to do what your doing. I’ve only briefly passed through Bansko so didn’t get to explore much, I think I’ll visit there in the winter season coming & check out the Pirin mountain. 7 months!....so you must of adjusted to the relaxed Bulgarian life then??😁 I can’t wait to get back out to be honest, and if I happen to bump in to you I’ll definitely buy you a drink just to say thanks for all the effort you put in to your content :)
Nice video, thank you for letting know us the vegetarian options loved that info, keeeep exploring cheers
Great, glad you found it useful :) you as well!
How are you adjusting to humans? I prefer less ppl ever since this covid happened. I’ve to Bulgaria a few years ago. It’s a great place. Shopping is great. I miss Europe. Love your vlog. Quality is great editing is awesome.
