@Abandonedaccount42069 hahaha stfu, this game has been in development hell for years, and I've been waiting since 2015 for AI. Quality over quanity, what does that even mean in this context? Half an update every 6 months is better than 1 update a quarter like Path of Titans or most other games?
@@RemusValeryain There's no reason to wait for AI as it's been confirmed that AI of bigger dinosaurs will never come to the game again (after they removed the Teno ai). And yes fewer updates with higher quality are better than rushed out content like in Path of Titans. PoT dinos are all basically reskins of each other, that game is much closer to Legacy than it is to Evrima. In Evrima each dino has it's own distinct niche with varied mechanics and playstyle and creating something like that takes much longer than what PoT is doing. Also a lot of the animations in PoT are absolutely awful (look at Rhamps swimming animation to see what I mean). The Isle might take longer, but it's still the far better game in my eyes and I've played all 3 of the big dino games.
After learning that you make this whole game on your own I've got to give you respect. I would literally kill to have had a person working on the isle as dedicated as you in 2019-2020. The Isle legacy is the most fun I've had in my life but as you know it just wasn't updated. RIP the isle
This really seems like a great and fun way to learn game development and the engine without having to do all the chores with 3D modelling and animation
My only pet peeve about this game is the stamina system, its so infuriating to need to sit down so frequently and for so long. I'm glad hunger feels like it takes ages to go down but I just can't trot everywhere when needing to search for things
Remember as cool as this is, (its very impressive) this is a lot harder to implement with multiplayer. Especially the tails. Afterthought are slow af, and take months for anything..but they would never be this fast due to the multiplayer
I always liked the isle but the limited dinosaurs to choose from was annoying. I do understand it is difficult and really time consuming to create models. However, the community have produced some ridiculously high quality models which arguably surpass the current ones in game.

I bet path of titans will hit AI dinosaur interactables first long before this game ever uploads them (I mean AI playable Dino’s not the tiny prey AI all 3 games have)
