I just stood up from my desk at work (it’s Friday afternoon, which means RUclips time 😉) and I am clapping as I am giving this car and this video a standing ovation. What a rolling work of art, sublime, simply sublime 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼
One of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen! What a classy Ferrari GT car. The colour combination is breathtaking. The restauration is fantastic. What a quality level.
I am in awe of this perfect Ellena, a true work of art. Hats off to the restorer, as this was clearly a labor of love. One of the very few motorcars I have seen that is perhaps too nice to be driven. Thanks, Peter for sharing this beautiful Ferrari with us!
Words do no justice to this vehicle on so many levels. But credit to the videographer, Peter, and Gary for an exemplary effort to do so. Thank you, THANK YOU for bringing this special car to our attention.
Hi, I'm the guy standing at the middle of the car's under carriage. I did all of the metal work, fitment, fabrication and body work. I had 18 months in doing just that.
I'm speechless, guys you did a fantastic job making a restoration of this car! 250 family/GTO, TdF, Testarossa, etc./ is amazing but GT Coupé Ellena is a unicorn. This car is a gem in every detail: engine, suspension, wheels and calipers, steering wheel, interior, body and paintwork, etc. Thanks for the best car videos on RUclips!
Okay if Peter Klutt of LMC say that someone spent an excessive amount of time and focus restoring a car is a big deal! I remember watching him on the TV show recreating factory imperfections on the Shelby GT500 Mustang. This man knows excess effort!
I'm glad this beautiful machine exists, and is being shared. It's automotive art in the truest definition of the word. Exquisite is the word that comes easily to the mind. Thank you to the owner, for saving and generously sharing this perfect road going Ferrari masterpiece.
Im not familiar with the FERRRRARIII Elena... but i certainly appreciate this stunning Automobile! Its so nice, i would never even take it on the road. Thanks again for letting the world see this car.
😌 ahh, this is my type of OCD. Something’s wrong in the universe though. I work on military aircraft, love classic restored cars, but alas. Those of us blessed with an eye for detail and skill, often don’t have the ability to personally own such machines.
«Straighter lines than there ever was from Ferrari”, “way better fit than there ever was from the factory”. This is a perfect car, but not a perfect restoration. This car is probably much much nicer than what it would be from the factory, so it’s basically a very slightly customised Ferrari. And the discussion goes on - is this the right way to do it - or should a restored car be more accurate also in the lack of precision and quality from the factory? Car is beautiful, and looks 🤩
Nervous about driving it but blows the stop sign 😮 Amazing how long these restorations take to complete but how quickly they can be undone by a pesky stop sign lol
Unfortunately, the Federal Exhaust Gas Fun Ban Ordinance (BABVVO) and Transport Tourism Emission Restriction Federal Ordinance (TEBBVO) will soon ban driving combustion engines in public outside of proven commuter trips and transport trips, because then exhaust gas fun WILL be a traffic offense!!!!!! Furthermore, a vehicle tax of 30,000 euros for exhaust gas-emitting combustion engines was threatened!!

Absolutely beautiful.
There is nothing about this automobile that I do not like. It is the finest restoration of any car that I have ever seen #Aztec73
As he blows through the Stop sign. 😮
Hello from Eugene Oregon! i am a Ferrari lover( and scale model builder/collector) that is the only way i can afford one!
Another beautiful car that should be at MOMA!
Stunning!
Just wow. Value? I'd say priceless.
That video was great!
Stunning!!! Videos are amazing as well.

Beautiful! Thank you for sharing the details. You didnt talk about balancing the wires, ergo truing the wheels?
Truly stunning. The blue cord on the gearshift boot looks out of place though in that see of red - is that how Ferrari did it?
jeezumcrow beautiful! all I got.
I'm kinda glad I let my propensity for 'classic' cars to slip by. Might have been my years in Alberta?
Ian Tyrrell should be consulted

Those are some pretty stop gaps.
Looks like a studebaker. 😉
I did the metal and body work on it. We used to say the same thing. Lol
what was the third option?
Another great video. But can do without the "church" music .
Looks a lot like a '59 Triumph Italia
Don’t let the lead video vehicle kick up a stone and get a paint chip or windscreen crack.

you pronounced "Ellena" incorrectly
Id be nervous driving that too!
