Sucheta Mam, Is this not opening avenues to all the commercial disputes that first go to Arbitration Tribunal then High Court then Supreme Court, Review Petition, Special Review Petition and now Curative petition, and everyone cannot afford Harish salve and Kapil Sibbal, if they are lawyers and this case took 5-6 years after arbitration tribunal order to dispose off finally, then it is definitely setting wrong avenues to people of India to gain lot of Tarik pe Taarik even if it was a miscarriage of Justice, then what is Supreme Court doing when they had given earlier judgement and rejected Review Petition and Special Review Petition, this case should be reversed at very early stage, giving mental agony to both the parties, only the Lawyers are earning in Crores because of this, but legal system is as it was earlier, Tarik pe Tarikh Wala.

Arbitration order in favor of anil ambani group to get 8k cr from delhi metro is reversed by sc in a curative petition. I beg to know whether sc or arbitration authority is right .
When DMAEPL was asking to reduce the speed to 50 KM/ hour instead of 120 KM/hour, there were no visibility of viability as number trips were drastically reduced. There should have been some comments on this aspect
As far as it is evident, from the request to defer concession fees - viability was a problem even before they stopped. So NO comment was required. And the column is not about technical issues
Of course Indian judiciary is going through big miscarriage scenarios, it's delivering like there's none in the hospital to take care of the delivery, however all of sudden a classical midwife comes and delivers perfectly but apart from 1 perfect delivery, everyone is getting raw deal, all depends on how powerful is the client or victim or what's best strategy applied by the midwife but chances are slim and slippery.
It wud be helpful to know the names of the Arbitrators and judges involved as well as the names of lead counsel who represented the parties in the whole chain of litigation. Thanks.

This particular project was Executed under the supervision of my friend/Ex Colleague Mr Amitabh Khare, on behalf of RITES Ltd. who later Executed Metro Projects in Ahmedabad, Mauritius also.
We wanted him to Project him as forthcoming Union Railway Minister but didn't materialise our putting up 543 Complete Professionals in Lok Sabha due to Heavy amout being spent by BJP 5.75 Lakhs Crores.

I hear reliance infrastructure might open up a fresh arbitration because the agreement is still in reliance infrastructure's favour and accordingly they should be paid by hook or by crook.
Yet this favourite faces no investigation or action from ED??WHY?

civil work was done by dmrc and has structural defect so it could not run at its full speed. It was only after 2022 that it is running at 120 that is also lesser than promised. Fresh arbitration is also necessary. How will you feel when the contractor delivers u a faulty house and when u return back he uses same without paying u anything for over 10 years. U can't say all past judgements were faulty nor is sc saying.
