I'm been through the good, the bad, and the ugly. Four years ago, I almost died by falling hard on the floor. I couldn't walk, but crawling. Went to the hospital for recovery and rehabilitation for walking. After this, I went back home and had a physical therapist came for exercises. Next, I started to perform 100 bed sit-ups and 100 wheelchair ♿️ push-ups for 6 months. Became strong and been consistent with a routine. Today, I'm getting closer to God. I'm 58, disabled, and a bodybuilder physically, mentally, and spiritually in the name of Jesus.
That's great got to love the Physical Therapists. ❤ Glad your pushing yourself to greatness. Physical Therapists can only push and motivate you so far, you have to reach deep inside and grab that motivation and persistence in order for us to help you reach your goals.
@ROMAN-oy5ju this channel is what i used to listen to when I was a struggling business owner and it helped me go stay focused so that I could build a successful janitorial supply company. Even when others told me to quit, this channel kept me motivated so that I could strategies and focus on building my company.
You don't need a mentor. Here is what you really need, to build that 6-7 figure business or train as an athlete. When I started my 1st company this is what I realized after I reached 6 figures with part time business. When I lost 70 lbs these principles kept me going. I also have a background in PT. 1. You need the drive to get up early to train, pushing yourself to the limit. Your Goals should wake you up and motivate you. 2. You need to realize there will be setbacks in every stage of success. It doesn't matter if your an athlete training, or if you're starting your 1st business. If you're persistent and you want to succeed you will jump over those hurdles and build the business you always dreamed of. There are setbacks that are just a step back. Failure doesn't exist until you quit.
5 AM I get up workout. Look at my goal sheet and see where I am at reaching those goals. I make my morning smoothie. I practice mindfulness and meditation to look at my goals and come up with strategies. Get the kids ready for the day. I then get to work.
Went for a run this morning 5k to test out my ankle (still hurts), read some beneficial books and articles for my mind and soul, and then breakfast with my family. Let’s go guys every day is a day we can be better than we were yesterday. No matter what the task is, do it to our highest potential. We are winners!!!!!

Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret 💯👊🙏💪
You may have to pay twice to see success. At least I did, but it's better than paying for the rest of your life with regret.
Powerful one ☝🏾 🔥 🔥
