The "plant" cards. Are cards you can send to family. And once they have read them , they can bury them in the garden, water them, and there will grow flowers out. They contain flower seeds . It is from a group called " Greener World " . Some have seeds that grow trees and some flowers , and you can even get them with vegetable seeds .
Pro tip: if you want some great souvenirs that are not in the shops, get a children’s menu everywhere in Efteling. It always comes with a souvenir and it is usually also best value for money. It is totally acceptable to get a kids menu as an adult too. Especially recommended are tge ones at The Poffertje (free plate) and fabula restaurant. Also a kids pizza in bosrijk will get you a free plate. We actually use these plates as our go to breakfast plates.
