Kevin, we had a similar issue recently but it was caused by a mouse eating away at the tubes. Alot of rat poop everywhere as well. Glad for the walk through process on this video. As a printer tech you keep coming across new and sometimes weird scenarios that always seem to amaze me.
Thanks for the info. It sounds like quite an unusual situation with your repair. I had a "paper jam" printer, and I dug out a bracelet out of the duplexer. She might be feeding the paper from the rear tray, and then the bracelet falls into the duplexer.

Can I flush my ET 8550 dampers with or cleaner to reuse because I added a CISS and had to chance the color order for DTF
