What a lovely interview with George! He really had a sense of humour. Still can't believe why his life ended like it did, because of alcohol, drugs etc. Apparantly there was no one who was able to stop him from that. Maybe his beloved mother could, but she passed away earlier.😢

Not yet quite as cautious and jaded as he became somewhat later given how media was treating him. But, watching the Parkinson interview after his L.A. entrapment arrest is fascinating - because this sweetness is in evidence while he was just more comfortable speaking in such an environment. If you haven't watched the Parkinson interview - it is so delightful, his humor is on full display as is his honesty.
Nobody aged worse than George Michael. He looked good until his mid twenties and then it was over. Remember his weird mustache phase? I thought he was 45 then, but he was not even in his mid thirties.
