For the first 2 days I was facing difficulty in waking up early but eventually thik ho gya timings !
Almost 20 days ke aas paas follow Kiya and I was able to complete 85-90% of the tasks eventually !
2nd shift start kr rha tha tab hi tabiyat kharab ho gya !
4 August se tabiyat kharab hona chalu ho gya tha but utna affect nahi pda lekin 16 August se I was almost able to do nothing to mereko ye city chhodkar thodi dino ke liye Ghar jaana pad gya tha !
Abhi bhi almost recovered nahi hu but under medication h !
Agar tumlog me se koi inn sabka kuchh ilaaj jaanta ho to batana ,
Mere to har hafte trigger karte h but Haan ye bol skte h pehle ke muqable Kam hi hota h ab !
Blood infection along with urticaria and Auto Immune dysfunction ho gya !
But anyways bhale hi ye curable na ho I'm almost trying my best to do so !

11 Rules which I will abide by, no matter what is going on my outer and inner atmosphere (Will be break only in unexpected situations).
1. Early to rise, affirmation, visualization - 7:00 AM
2. Folding bed, fresh, breakfast - 7:00 - 9:30 AM
3. Start working for my dream at 10 AM.
4. Specific time for enjoy, distractions etc.
5. Daily sleep after completing target, if not be any day, then the next day at any cost.
6. Daily 30 min. Exercise and 10 min. Yoga.
7. Avoid all distractions before 10 min. of sleep.
8. Minimum 8 hours of daily focused study for my goal, if not be any day, will do next day at any cost.
9. Will not doubt on my work, myself and God.
10. Never laugh or smile too much.
11. Go on bed at 12 AM with only myself.
Maybe all will disturb for one 24 hours, and I will add extra 2 days for it.
I swear it will be from 15 january, 2024 and will come after that to tell this on 7 february, 2024 .

1) no masturbations
2) no attention and time waste in girl
3) don't waste much time in social media
4) no much video call with anyone
5) no more fake talk and performance
6) much time in study
