Although there is ample space, do you folks actually believe this home represents quality construction? If so, I suggest you acquaint yourself with homes built in 1910.

This home is extremely well built. Nice to have modern floor plans, insulation, and electrical as well.

Why is it nice to have "modern floor plans", open plans that allow one to see the dishes piled up in the kitchen from the dining room, and elsewhere in the house? Is this attractive? The modern open floor plan gives the impression of sitting in a doctor's waiting room. Is this supposed to be cozy and homey? Are the walls plaster over lath, or are they drywall? If they are drywall, I get the joy of hearing my guests taking a leak in the bathroom. Is that supposed to be wonderful? New insulated glass windows that fog and mist in a few years after micro leaks develop in the vacuum seals. Is this supposed to be an upgrade? All this garbage is sold for the sake of having something to sell. The big new ritzy mega-mansions are nothing but crap as far as I am concerned, and they will all be in the dump pile centuries ahead of the structures built in medieval times. Essentially, homes are disposable now just like everything else made these days in the oh-so-great modern era. I design homes, build homes, and restore homes. So I know exactly what is going on.@@grantwilsterman

Per Zillow, house went under contract 11/3. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ah yes, it went under contract right after I filmed it. Not surprising with how nice the home is.
