I know Jeff personally and am proud to call him a friend.
I want to know how someone so genuinely caring and empathetic has been able to be so #successful, and so loved, in the world of football that so often is a ruthless and hard place to operate.
Jeff only relatively recently stepped down as Chairman of AFCBournemouth, where he literally lived and breathed the club he loves, every day. He knew the names of everyone involved in the club at every level and was present every day.
How many other Premier League Chairmen can say that?
