平岸天神 had the best musical arrangement out of any of the teams in the 2023 Yosakoi Soran lineup. The male vocalist was absolutely brilliant and the quality of his voice really felt as ancient as the sea. The incorporation of electric guitar was an unusual but inspired touch, and the expression of repeated crashing waves through the entire group's coordination really captured the 風に聞け波に乗れ theme. It's a pity that this finalist performance was plagued by a couple of technical glitches like with the banners that kept the team from placing higher.

構成すごいけど、バラバラ昔はやばかった
踊りがバラバラで…平岸天神らしさがなかったな…
揃ってたら文句無しで11回目の大賞だったと思いますね。ただ完成度で言えば新琴似、舞神楽よりは遥かに上かと思います。
追記:今年はどまつりの他、高知にも参戦するみたいですね。
