I think you participate in all major counsellings(Josaa-Csab/Jacdelhi/REAP/Ggsipu) and then choose whereever you are getting best possible college.

If you are delhi candidate then there is high probability of getting seat in spot round but still plz do have atleast one backup option in mind as well as spot round of jac delhi is very much unpredictable.

Hard to get, but you should wait till spot round because spot rounds are very much unpredictable so you may get seat in Dtu,Nsut depending upon on your luck(Aim only for Dtu/Nsut not Dseu and please do keep atleast one backup option in mind in some other counseling)
