    (🔸️Customers/consumers can see items being used, as opposed to just seeing them on (static) display on an e-commerce site, 🔸️consumers can ask Q & get instant answers (informative)🔸️social proof, 🔸️entertaining, 🔸️convenience (e.g. clickable links), 🔸️a social / interactive experience
    🔴What are some of the disadvantages of livestream shopping?
    Still unable to try on the products yourself, the products might not be as good as the host says they are (they're just paid influencers), inconvenient if you're working/busy during the livestream, not enough time to consider purchase, time-sensitive nature of discounts, etc.
