Pete Hegseth says Defense Department will support mass deportations as he arrives at the Pentagon

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth started his first official day on Monday morning, by answering a few questions from the media on the steps of the Pentagon. Hegseth committed to supporting President Donald Trump's initiative of mass deportations.
In his first hours in office, Trump signed several executive orders stating how his administration plans to designate certain cartels and criminal groups as terrorists, invoke the Alien Enemies Act to remove them and call on the U.S. military to assist in border security.
