A cpanel will not have an addon domain if you purchased a shared hosting instead of VPS hosting. So it's recommended to buy a VPS hosting instead of shared hosting. In conclusion, every Cpanel has an addon domain.

You can't send SMS from let's say USA number to a Cameroon number. If you want to send to a particular country, you need to purchase a number for that country in Telnyx to be able to send. I hope you found this helpful

1. This is SMS sender so there's no warm up unlike sending emails
2. It depends on the numbers you are validating
