to all who have commented ~ my appreciation. "Terrible Things" is one of those songs that just "showed up", and it means a lot to me. I feel feel like it's more than just my voice and my guitar(s) that are speaking, you know? And we are playing it live! We'll be at the Goodman Community Center in Madison, WI next , on Nov 12th. Make it if you're anywhere in the area, this could be our last gig in 2011!
Hey June...... just discovered your fabulous band in the last day or so. I think I've now seen just about every RUclips clip of Fanny and all related material. I'm absolutely blown away by the musicianship and sheer charisma shown by both you and Jean. Huge convert here......
It surely is lovely to see the Sisters still playing and with Jean's son now taking care of half the rhythm chores with mum and Aunt Jean's consummate playing.- feel and technique - wonderfull. The world is a better place for having these people living and playing on it and occupying, even for just a moment our own private spaces,, our thoughts and our feelings.

What a great song, so prescient, and increasingly so relevant in the decade & more since written
It was only recently that l re-discovered Fanny, you rocked then and now, hoping that you'll be inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame soon. You desrve it.
I just mentioned to a few people - should you ever wish to write directly, I'm at fabjune@aol.com/and or junemillington@gmail.com - also on FB. I love this song, and it just seems getting truer and truer ... xx
Totally, never stopped! This is just beautiful, June! While I will always love the work you did with Fanny, I must say your music today seems much more refined and lyrical. More..."musical" is the only way I can think to put it. I've been a fan of yours since the 70s, and you just keep getting better and better!
I just rediscovered you two on you tube! So cool 😎 I remember seeing you on tv in the early 70s and had a crush lol. So glad to hear your music, what a treat :D
Hey June, Jean and Lee (Druumer) will be in Madison Wisconsin next, on November 12th,2011. If you really want to hear some cool tunes, get the new CD "Play Like a Girl" excellent, soulful and musically superior.

More to come? Oh, I hope so! I recently listened to the music clips posted on the Slammin' Babes website. Also very, very nice! I particularly liked the guitar break on "Real World."

Oh June, what a sad news, I hope Jean can recover soon, she is a talented bass player. I would like to know how it is now and that it is great news. Huge kisses for her and for you from Argentina, a 1st hour follower !!!
I picked that T-5 to send it back (had gotten it on loanf or a friend to try out ...), and literally the song came spilling out. Don't you know guitars have souls?:)) All best.
I don't understand the "written by a Taylor T5 through June Millington." I feel that kind of detracts from June's years of practice, dedication, experiences, and hardships to say a manufactured bit of wood and metal wrote the song instead of her; a living, breathing, feeling piece of consciousness. She wrote it through the Taylor, not the other way around.
Thank you so much! Sorry for the delay, and for the record this song means an awful lot to me ... if you'd like to get in touch via email, you can always do so at www.junemillington@gmail.com xx June
