CAUTION: Every pet is different. Make your best judgement on the amount and the ingredients depending on your own pet’s allergies and food intolerance level.
INGREDIENTS (click available links to see the actual products we used):
    618g cod
    214g ground turkey
    198g cooked rice
    60g coconut oil
    60g zucchini
    28g carrot
    18.2g Balance IT® Canine supplement (shop.balance.i...)
    DIRECTION:
Bake cod at 350°F (175°C) for 20 min.
While cod is being baked, start cooking ground turkey and zucchini at mid-high heat in a frying pan or a pot. Add a bit of coconut oil to cook the meat. Do not put all of the coconut oil in the beginning to avoid oil splatter.
Once turkey meat and zucchini are fully cooked, turn off the stove and add remaining coconut oil and cooked rice, and mix them all.
Set aside to cool them down. Once cod is fully cooked, set it aside to cool down as well.
While cooling them down, chop the carrots. We used a small food processor to chop them into tiny pieces.
When cooked turkey and cod are cooled down completely, mix them with supplement powder and raw carrot. Note the supplement we used cannot be heated.
Store in the refrigerator/freezer to keep the food fresh. Place frozen one in the refrigerator for 24 hours to thaw before feeding.
