    I think Chris and Edgar are both bat shit crazy brilliant I usually fall asleep listening to them while my husband is in ICU. Thank you for the music it soothes me

    On the surface, this could be any two of thousands of mandolin and bass players--but the technical perfection and expressiveness show that here are two of the best players in the world. Beautifully done!

    At 1:52 Meyer picks the E string with his left hand, at the same time as he starts the bow stroke, to make sure the sound comes immediately. Very interesting!

      +Rescued & Reconciled I guess it gives reason to the name "Why Only One?" haha. I would think they brought all the equipment out, and have it set up - why not record a couple tunes in this incredible setting? I love it, just want more! Haha

    How was this recorded? How did you get power for the mics outside?

      There are special multitrack HD field recorders, with batteries that will last for at least 4 hours. They are also widely used for film recording.
