He started an avalanche. Then he was trying to keep ahead of his own avalanche. So cool.

It's sort of a cycle at COB. 6 months ago we were the best site of all the sites in the Salt Lake area. Now we're the worse. A lot of people are slacking off. So the office is bringing the hammer down. We've got to shape up or else. We'll see.
