I trained for 1 and a half week but now i stopped it four days ago beacuse my body is tired idk why and beacuse my body is tired my brain is saying i can't do it and beacuse i don't do it my mental health was bad too but after this video i know that even if i'am tired i will be able to do it.
that's gonna happen sometimes. Maybe you are tired.. Maybe you have had a bad sleep. Your session doesn't have to be amazing.. and the more you push through these the more you'll understand about yourself. Down the line you'll maybe fix things that are making you tired, even berating yourself for not feeling up for the gym can tire you out. But yes the key is to just go go go until you believe in yourself, even if you miss a session or two!
