Please allow me to extend my sincere congratulations to the newly appointed Secretary of Agriculture, Mr. Arap Kirwa.
I feel Kenya needs to be given proper service delivery. I feel Kenya does not require re-appointment of new cabinet secretaries. This fund for office of CS, should be re-channelled to bring in Super development in all regions that even a small child would feel. President Ruto is on record that he knows my much more than CS and thus as a country we can make use of that knowledge to save from the expenses that comes with offices of CS.

Had President Ruto had more judgment, discretion, and decisiveness in his choice of Cabinet ministers, he could have instituted the pro people reforms necessary to have avoided the GenZ Protests in the foreseeable future as well. I know Ruto as a clever political strategist and I know he will pull through this dilemma he is faced with by doing things right and listening to the voices of the people across political divide. He also needs to monitor RiggyG's political maneuvers.
