Keep all that extra stuff you may start doing dioramas or a garage setting and these things are great to use for parts. Cool channel hope you continue to grow. The Green Light paint is better an olive drab the shape and scale of the vehicle is also much better. The 2 M2's are the same mold that's why the red one has the holes for the soft top. Even the green Jerry can and rims are off the army style one. The shovel is just molded plastic they didn't want to add steps in production for hand painting. The scale of the M2's is off also these jeeps are very small vehicles in real life and the Green light looks much better. It is a shame being open that GL didn't put in the shifter and 4 wheel drive shaft in the interior of the jeep. I'd say the GL would be the one I'd choose to customize further if having a choice.
I actually prefer M2 machine. Although Greenlight has better detail, M2 is the one has correct shape and therefore looks more realistic. Greenlight Willys sits too high and the windshield is notably too narrow (by contrast, M2 is more correct despite the big gap you mentioned). Once Greenlight got the body shape wrong, the whole jeep would look wrong no matter how good the details are. It's like making a pizza, no amount of toppings could save a pizza if the dough was made wrong. I made a similar comparison a few weeks ago, and if you are interested, you can check it out on my channel. 🤝

I have Greenlight, and M2 Machine's version, however, I also have Kyosho's version as well.
Take care, and all the best.
