I have been dealing with that all year and struggled to understand why they were so cruel to me, when I needed them the most, after my husband died. Thank you for always being honest, Like you I was also bullied at work there were many lies told and very cruel behaviour on the managers part ( she lost her job because of it) but it caused a complete clinical breakdown , My doctor and the works doctor helped me throughout , I am fully recovered now but I only wish people could realise the damage their actions can cause so I can really understand how awful it was for you, Glad you have come out the other side a much stronger person.❤ x
I'm so sorry that you suffered this harm, and recognize the strength of the human spirit to heal. I had to leave my job when the stress of the manager's behavior toward me led to kidney and gallbladder malfunction. It took little time after leaving before my buddy was healing, but, it took longer for my emotional recovery. It's important to remember that we are not weak for suffering, but are strong enough to not only recover, but support each other. Blessings to you, and and Kirsten as well as anyone else who is in similar circumstances.
@@patriciamoran9143 People can be so cruel intentionally and somehow get on with it like they haven't done anything to you. You suffer because of the way they are and yet most of the time they don't even see it. I will never understand why some do what they do to others. Have a wonderful year. All the best to you.
I fully agree with you that they should realize the damage they cause, but it seems the type can just shrug it off like they have done nothing. But boy can they harm you. I am glad you got the support you needed to come through it. It is even harder when you don't get the support and have to deal with it somehow on your own. All the best to you.

I unfortunately am ending this year with sadness and the need to recover and prioritise myself in the new year. Family members’ hurtful and cruel behaviour has hit hard this year and I must estrange myself from it.
