fun fact: The song is about ancient China war stories: Three Kingdoms. It's written in (classical) older Chinese grammar/composite words etc, not words that are colloquial today; original song was sung by a droid which make this performance even more awesome!!! The title 权御天下, loosely, means Quan (an emperor's name) Commands the World.

@@kimschwabe6104 They are no longer performing together as a band. They only perform together on this show for maybe 2-3 songs together, very sad. The tall girl is called "Huang Anqi" and shorter girl is called "Liu Anqi". Band name is 打包安琪(da bao an qi).

But thanks for bringing that up, what you mention is the beauty of the title/ Chinese language, it can work both ways; I had the same initial idea as you before I read the lyrics thoroughly. But for the record, this song's "Quan" is definitely as per what I've written at first, verified by Googling on multiple media outlets. For the foreign speakers follow this thread, the word Quan can be a name or a word (authority), much like English's "jack"; thus, the discussion.

The taller singer with the incredible voice has heavy metal in her veins. Her movement, the way she holds the mic plus she sounds great. I have no idea what they're saying but it sounds just killer. Anybody who thinks the growling is easy, isn't talent, sounds bad, dont know what they're talking about. For a guy to growl, sing and sound good is way more difficult than using their normal sound on the higher range. But for a female to sound like this and be very good at it is so underappreciated. Not many can pull it off but this chic sounded great. The two of them together was perfect. DIDIDIDI DIDIDIDIDIDIDIDI

I thibk the reason why they turned so slowly is because they believed there was only 1 girl competing (the growler), they must have thought the other girl's voice was pre-recorded. That's how amazing and perfect their performance is. I am so blown away by both of them!

I think the reason why the coaches didn't turn sooner because none of them know how to coach a heavy metal singer, which was the first time ever appeared in a TV show. Double Angel 打包安琪 was comprised of Huang Anqi 黄安琪 & Liu Anqi 刘安琪. Their hometowns are Wuhan, Hubei and Xiangtan, Hunan respectively. They participated in season 3 of Sing! China (alternatively, The Voice of China) in 2018.
Double Angel were successful in the blind auditions and ended up on Team Nicholas. They won the Battle round and advanced to the Cross Battles. At that point Huang Anqi, 23, voluntarily withdrew from competition due to the "physical and mental discomfort" arising from her participation in the competition; Liu Anqi, 26, moved on as a solo artist and continued to be credited as "Double Angel". She lost the Cross Battle, but won the Cross Knockout and advanced to the Playoffs. Ultimately, Liu Anqi was eliminated in the Playoffs on September 30, 2018.
The band never reunited anymore.

This song is about the well-known historical story in the Chinese "3 kingdoms" period. Any one of them worked hard to fight against the other two, and attempted to annex the other two. There were many wars or battles among them. Sometimes one and another united against the other one in a battle or a war.
The lyrics focus on one of the three kingdoms. The leader (or king), many strategists and many warriors of this one worked together to fight against the other two. The lyrics are in the chinese poetic form, not simple chinese. This song is a gorgeous poem for the heroes of this kingdom.

I’m a French music fan and thanks to youtube, I discovered so many great and interesting musics. I came here because of Sun Quan The Emperor, which I loved. And now this one…this song is really good. Open your minds, you folks, and feel it. Music is to me an universal language. Do not care about if it is sung in mandarin, swedish, arabic or creole, just feel the vibe and be a part of it!

其實吧，我覺得人要懂得謀定而後動。打包安琪這樣首創組合在樂壇上是很新鮮且有可看性的。也許黑嗓界會有所謂的堅持與原則，當這個目標不被達成時，失望而鬧退其實真的不是明智之舉。在你沒有名氣的時候，少有人會看重你的實力與非主流文化，當你累積到一定程度的時候，你說的話就是文化。
這讓我想到田馥甄。在SHE時期，其實很多時候，沒有人會覺得也沒有人知道田馥甄有這麼棒的實力與嗓音。一直覺得她們是密不可分的三人組合。後來田馥甄開始了她個人的專輯，大家才發現她的個人嗓音有如天籟與功力如此深厚。
你說如果田馥甄一開始就自己出來唱會不會大紅。我覺得很難講。因為她剛出道時雖有天資但是磨練不夠。出道這麼多年，她養精蓄銳，吸取養分，十年磨一劍，造就了後來的田馥甄。
我覺得能有機會學習與磨練的時候，不要覺得自己被索取、被壓搾、被當成墊腳石。受害者的想法不會幫助自己成長。而是要當一塊海棉，壓的越多，吸收水分越多。
