This is the point where Theo truly understood that Beca was a solo performer. All of the members of the Bella's are amazing but those runs that Beca does from 1:45 until Taps plays is head and shoulders above what the other girls had shown throughout the USO tour. Anna Kendrick is a truly amazing actress and vocalist ,this clip displays those talents brilliantly.

@@blazed_athanas130 I know right. I get that the idea was that Becca was supposed to stand out, but Esters h9gh note had that rasp and more raw powerful sound. In my opinion I think it would've added contrast and made Beccas more melodic and refined runs sound amazing. Not to mention it would show just how good Ester is as well.

Super impressed with Cynthia, Beca, and Emily. They all pair so well. Anna's riffs get me every time and I've listened to then over and over and I'm still not tired of them. 1:26-1:45, 1:46-1:58, and 2:05-2:10 are my favorite parts.

Cynthia, Anna, and Hailee have developed and grown so much vocally within the series. Their confidence in this video is so mesmerizing and contagious!! This whole sequence is my favorite and honestly think it’s the best performance they’ve done. Everything is astonishing!

But there are differences. Not big, but you can clearly hear it.
Anna Kis it’s because they’re studio made while the ones in the movie are cut to fit the plot. Cheap Thrills and Toxic are actually there in full version. Which is better than the interrupted versions in the movie. The only thing I didn’t like was Pitch Perfect 2’s Anna Kendrick and Snoop Dog Christmas collab. I wish they keep it shorter like the one in the movie. It was messy with Snoop Dog’s rap bridge kinda like part.
