In this clip, TK Kirkland recounted his time in jail on Rikers Island and how he learned about evading prison during that time. TK offered up some information about the best way to pick a defense attorney and the research methods he adopted to find the right one. He also talked about what he would've done had he been in Bill Cosby's shoes and pointed out the major mistake Cosby made in his defense effort.

My lawyer knew all the judges well, we walked to the courtroom and he said who we got today? Looked in the room and said yep we got this😁
Judge gave him a offer sheet of about 8 things, he took me out and pointed at them one by one and said I'm gonna get these dropped and sure

Normally TK says things that are sometimes questionable, but on thus he is 100% on point. The other thing that could have kept Dr. Cosby out of prison is don't commit the crime, and next shut his mouth. He's locked up not due to a 90's era proposed deal but because of a legal issue called being a "moralist". Look it up that's why he got caught up and the NDA and sealed deposition were invalidated. TK makes some excellent points.
