Even in my college more than 60 percent students didn't sit for their interviews. People are leaving due to exploitation in this industry. New rules should be implemented as soon as possible because their would be shortage of employees in this industry. Second thing is that Groupism😢 and internal promotions are on next level. Young employees those who are not flatters of managers and supervisor's they are everyday demotivated deliberately even so when there is fault of employees. Working hours are exceeding up to 13 to 14 hour's in chain property such as novhotel, pullman, even in ITC and lemerdien. There is no salary growth until employees donot switch and move in next property. I worked in Delhi airport international lounge's and even in novhotel, i faced wrose face of my life, i donot want to join this industry. Eventually i will suggest nj never go in indian hospitality.

Before choosing this industry i watched your video 4 years back which inspired me personally a lot and presently i am working in middle east in F&B Department Still i did not found satisfaction which assumed about industry Salary is low manpower also low and employees those who are working 70-80% they are not belongs to hospitality field or we can say they don't have any specific course in Hospitality management this is also a reason that most of the hotel's are getting down some they are earning revenue but they unable to satisfy there staffs as well as guest and getting failed to deliver a good services If I am wrong please correct me ?
Simply hm high position staff they need perfection without single mistake and they are thinking about their profit only ,how can I use entry level staff so they can achive there higher position .. It's a big scam 😢

I must say we should work upon investing in people like work life balance, salary as compare to other industries. Then trust my word, this industry will be best in terms of everything.
