The mini map should be on the same screen as the gameplay, which you can see by simply moving your eyes a little bit. It's designed like that so you can check it whist not losing gameplay flow. There's really no need to be turning your head that much to 'look at the map' on a separate monitor.

He did already shot a 1 person ran to the hallway because only place you can go besides running straight, so he already knew 1 person was gonna to be there, the other guy was just there you got to have and his teammate called 2 ppl being downstairs , you got to have a .70 kd or sum
He looked at mini-map, saw where his teammates were and where they were spawning, realized the enemies had to be spawning somewhere on that left side of the map then pre-aimed the door knowing that they knew where he was and there was only 2 directions he could get pushed from. He is not hacking he just understands how the game works.
