Bro you got that box looking solid. The motor is in and radiator mounted. Some guys send it back and tell customers hit the wiring shop at this point. You're being modest. If anyone has done a ls swap knows its always a frenzy at this point. Unless uou have a donor vehicle, or a standalone harness and wiring kit. And yes he shouldve just threw a carb on it with a TH400 for now until he get the wiring aoyuated for EFI at least he'd be dang near done. Keep it up bump the haters lets see them do it in a timely manner.
That pink looking wire is the distributor wire once you power up the LS harness and hook the starter wire from the LS harness it'll still crank over without the small purple wire for the starter
This is where the owner gotta put them boots on and get more involved. Its more then just paying someone sometimes. He gotta get a new harness or go thru the wiring schematics. Seems like there’s been a couple swapped and/or repaired parts involved too
How would he be losing money charge what he thinks the job is worth there's no reason to take a job in complain about it I saw worse than tis turned into something nice so stop downing other people's projects
@@deecage199 you clearly don't own a business AND didn't LISTEN to what he said. He isn't taking in ANYMORE PROJECTS. If you ran a business you would know that time is money. This car needs more than what is required to swap and get running. There is a difference between a swap and a project. Read the THUMBNAIL it may help you understand.
Hey, what brand of harness do you use? I'm having a swap done and giving the swap guy all of the part, so I have to buy the harness, and I see guys saying use this brand and that brand. The thing is, I'm about to spend $850 on a harness from BP Wiring harness just because I'm from the old thought that you get what you pay for and if it cost more it must be better. I don't want to buy a $99 harness, and my shit burn up. I've heard and seen horror stories. Thanks!

All your doing is starting the engine? So why discuss other things about your customers car when I work on a customer car I make sure it's something I want to deal with before even taking the job
