  • It’s always been important for me to self reflect and how I most often self reflect is talking to myself about things talking to the people I love about things or journaling. Even with knowing that these are healthy outlets for me. I’m still learning that I can’t always share everything or I have to be particular about what it is that I do share because not everybody is gonna respond the way that I would or think the way that I think. Another thing I’ve learned is that when it all boils down, you have to know how to confidently choose yourself when necessary even when it’s a hard decision to make you have to choose yourself before suffering with or for someone else.
