I didn't realize this was a known dessert. I've just been making it every Christmas Eve with my neighbors using a family recipe. Wow I thought it was a personal delicious recipe only we knew, I'm glad others know the beautiful taste of grasshopper pie too!!

It takes a good few hours to set up in the fridge. If after 3 or 4 it's still runny then that might be your only saviour! (Or heat it back up and add extra gelatine)
The grasshoppers are delicious guys. In México we eat all types of bugs and honestly are really really delicious you have to eat it. You guys are awesome, I love all your recipes.
