Please don't let this tradition die; it's one of our country's treasure.

I find it very unique how they dance as they seem to be fighting with sticks, yet still held hands and stayed close. It's so interesting, and each dance tells a story. I sometimes wonder what stories are in each Cordillera dance, but I don't know if those are preserved.

It's like their fighting and the man gave the woman a sword. Then after they fought, they held hands and tapped to the beat, and after they gave or held each other's weapons and stood closely. Then they went away.
The women look like they are dancing gracefully too, at the beginning and the end. Could it mean that there was a tribe who had a conflict with another, then became at peace in the end? They look so happy.

@@shutup3221 you`re wrong, the 1st dance is called Fairy dance or inan aninit from Bontoc,Mt Province, while the 2nd dance is Sakuting who is originated dance of Abra and SAGADA,Mountain Province adopted it and lastly is the Eagle dance or the Turayan of Eastern,Mountain Province preferably Barlig,Natonin and Paracelis Mt. Province.

Igorot ako pero di ako masyadong maalam sa mga ganyan😂😂..hanggang nood lng ksi ako pero ang alam ko iba-iba at may mga pangalan at distinction ang mga sayaw na yan, at bawat sayaw ay may ikinokwento, hangga't maaari dapat maiwasan ang paggamit ng mga mic or speakers kasi it's a traditional dance and should be done traditionally. 👍
