People are just ready for always pouring such bad comments about everyone possible. they can comment bad about others but just can't appreciate their talent or take a better and decent way to pour in their suggestions.
All those indians commenting about the level of hygiene and cleanliness in this video, please ask ur pani puri wala where does the water that he uses come from and how clean his vessels or hands are.

Pastry isn't made qith globes if you have clean hands. I don't see something dirty here, just a little bit of unpolished techniques. There's no love doing the cake.

To the people saying the counter is dirty, it’s because he used a soak on the layers, to keep the cake moist 🤦🏼♀️ I’ve seen plenty of cooks on YT not using gloves and not a word is said.
To be honest...i cannot understand anything of their conversation Also,To be honest... If it were some light hands and the area a bit brightet and the camera a lil more professional...
