- In this video I went to a restaurant that specializes in oyster ramen and it includes a giant wagyu wagyu nigiri. Then I went to a super fun and unique frozen food buffet that has unlimited drinks, ice cream, and even claw machines you can play while you wait for your food to cook. For dinner I had to get some pizza while I'm in Osaka because there's just a ton of great pizza restaurants in this city.

It’s just his lazy editing. He’s been reusing shots for a minute now. He can’t be arsed to do better b-roll shots anymore.
Personal experience of mine, as I'm growing older, I just stop trying too much. If a job can be done prefectly well with minimum effort, I will just do that lol.

Oooh the frozen food buffet looks so fun. So many things to mix and match and the price is not bad, especially if you like to have some alcohol with your meals.

Share Lounge in Shibuya. It's more like a manga lounge, but it also has frozen food even alcohol. Price is 1650 jpy for an hour.

WOW!!! Ren-Tin Shokudo frozen food buffet is like heaven for a single man. I absolutely love Asian food, mostly Korean. I like Japanese food as well, so long as I can avoid seafood, which I do not care for. As you might imagine, that is a challenge. I shop at H-Mart rather often since I am blessed to live near a city that has five locations in the metro area; as well as three locations of Namdaemun, another Korean market. I definitely hit the frozen foods section since I can get everything I want for an awesome Korean (or Chinese) dinner heated up within minutes; and of absolutely superior quality. I can fill a cart with Korean and Japanese ramyeon. Finding a buffet with that selection is just fantastic, especially with the adult beverages available. I'd get my money's worth in those two hours. Mike, how you manage to eat the quantity you do amazes me. You must spend twice the time in the gym than you do eating. lol I only recently found your channel and I find that I enjoy every bit of it (even if I cringe at all the seafood you love.) Keep up the good work and thank you for entertaining us and letting us travel the word vicariously through you!

Claw machines are programmed to only retain a full grip a certain number of plays, so you need to position correctly and have that lucky play. Total scam machines!

That being said, ramen and frozen foods...after vending machine foods and not long ago being convenience store foods... not to include stuff off camera and on the second channel.. I know these channels aren't exactly the paragon of health but I'm getting a little concerned about the amount of sodium intake of these storage foods over quite a short amount of time.

It's tsukemen, and it's basically a type of ramen where the noodles are dipped in the broth. The dipping broth has a higher concentration of flavor and is usually thicker in consistency.
And the noodles are usually extra chewy. It's the best.

Freezing technique in Japan is on a higher level on average because they regularly have to freeze fresh fish so that the flavor doesn't get lost. If you do the same type of freezing job as elsewhere, your product will be unsellable. There are differences between products in Japan, but compared to frozen food in other countries, Japanese frozen food is lifht years better.
