As an Accountant for over 15 years, I hope they don't look at any of my entries. Really folks, this is normal practice and means nothing. If so why didn't the Auditors catch it and why didn't the IRS catch and why weren't these charges brought up long time ago... Because there was no crime.

I'm an accountant and this is bull shit. At my company once we paid a settlement to a lawyer for paint work from a vendor that sued us. We posted the expense to legal, not paint even thought it was from unpaid painting invoices. This accounting issue is bullshit and everyone knows it. 😢
Also, if this becomes illegal, every company will be indicted. This alone would turn the election all by itself.

Admitting or denying paying the NDA are not elements of a crime. No elements of a crime any crime have been presented. Wasted words.
Yes but for the statute of limitations to be proceeded and for conviction other than misdemeanour, the prosecutors need to convince the jury that the NDA and book keeping fault was in furtherance of a crime. Bragg is yet to say what that crime is but its pretty obvious that they'll say it's election interference.
The bottom line is this: paying hush money should not even be considered a campaign expenditure. That is the most ridiculous, made up concept!!

They diden't call it reimbursement thats the problem. They uped the payment to 420.000 dollar to include taxes and wrote legal services according to a retainer aggrement that never existed.

What is the charge though? The payment or the accounting of that payment? One is a non crime, the other is a misdemeanour. Neither is a felony. This is a sham.

95% of Cohens story is backed up by other people and/or documents. You have to belive that all of these 22 people made there stories up and that all documents are false if you gonna belive that Trump diden't do it. And if he diden't do it, why dosen't trumps lawyer prove that these people are liers? Why don't they call other people to the stand to defend him?....simply because he did exacly what he is accused of. Still no big deal.
So, what if it is a reimbursement bc it is not illegal to pay off SD for a NDA? Further, anyone paying a fee on your behalf is a 'service' - and since it is your lawyer the it can be billed as a 'legal service' because it involves an NDA which is a legal document. All this way, it doesn't rise to the level of a Federal 'Crime' - at worst it is a misdemeanor, as discussed, and the statute ran out long ago...
There is no law that says, that a retainer has to be in writing, a retainer can be verbal.

In Every case, the DA and Judge came with a prejudicial opinion of Pres Trump. In 2 cases, the Judge And DA+office have been found to be corrupt; including bribed for This case. I checked both "sides" of the issue, and independent news.

There is no such expense as reimbursement. It's a legal payment, or brand management or something but not reimbursements. If someone paid auto expenses for you and you reimbursed this person it would be auto expense not reimbursement.

Twisted and manipulated "legalities" are not what the average people or jurors perceive or even mostly think about and everybody also knows that some jurors with an agenda also slip by during voir dire (is that correct?) because they are good at the game or have connections. If this was such a big deal like you’re saying then, why wouldn’t the state or federal courts prosecute this case in the very beginning. It’s nice to look at hindsight and think that you got him dead to write, but nobody wanted to touch this case, and if it wasn’t Donald Trump, there would be no case. You’re making a mountain out of a molehill and even if they convict at the trial, it is most definitely going to get overturned.
