Addicted was my first BL drama and now I can't stop looking for BL dramas. It was such a nice story. It's So hard to find good endings sometimes though. I've seen all these dramas though. Haven't finished lovesick, though.

I strongly recommend 'Sotus: The series to everyone, it is honestly one of the best bl dramas that exist, it has a nice storyline and the two main characters are slowly growing closer to eachother. There is drama, but also cute moments, and such a sweet kiss at the end. I like it very much that the LGBT characters are all accepted as normal and that everyone approves of their relationship. I'm really sad that only has 16 episodes (watched it all in 2 days), but I heard they are planning a new season. :)

pristjn Second season of Love sick had so many cute moments. The first season ended with Phun and Noh only being friends. It's in the second season everything happens. :) I still rewatch all the cute moments. ^_^ I recommend you to watch it. So many gave up after the beginning of season 2 but in my opinion it's definitely worth watching. To see their feelings grow. And ofcource the happy ending is a plus.

Lets see, We've gotten the first episode of attack on titan season 2 and Ghost in the Shell and all we need is killing stalking season 2 and live action Death note series.
sotus is my no1 favorite at this moment. i can see why a lot of people rank addicted as no1. i like it a lot too. but at the same time, i feel like the reasons i like addicted are because both leading actors are so good looking and they never hold back when it comes to love scenes. unlike many bl stories out there, sotus is so cute and sweet. it doesn't need any hot love scenes or kisses to make it so special.
As I see a lot of people saying that they have seen all of these, or asking me why I didn't include Takumi Kun, (not a series btw) Make it right, or Grey Rainbow, (no happy ending) I just want to make clear that this list is targeted towards newcomers to BL that want to see what everyone is raving about. To me, what makes a BL good is it's originality and it's ability to make LGBT relationships feel human, and Make It Right kind of just felt like a copy of Lovesick. However, I'd still like to apologize for disappointing you with my list. I will try to do better next time :)

I watched Addicted Heroin it was good, but not that chronic. Is the Chinese Gov. banning it because of the drug in the name? It really wasn't a bad show, do you happen to know? I'd be glad to view a season 2 if they lift the ban, and begin filming again.
Lovesick is on top of my list. Its just so innocent and pure and cute. Evokes so much emotions and brings back good memories of first love. Not to mention it was a huge success when it came out and basically paved the way for other BLs to be well-received.

I so agree with you..Your number one choice (Addicted) and number two (Love Sick) are such wonderful stories and the quality of filming for both are outstanding. There is great acting in them both. Counterattack was very fun to watch too. English Subs are better than average for all three as well. Love Sick has Two Seasons. Definitely worth watching Season 1 and Season 2 back to back. I've watched all but one and though they are all great, none were as Fagtastic as Love Sick. I was absolutely addicted to this one. Couldn't work late. Had to run home to watch my show! When it was over, I felt sad. Almost like my boyfriend had left me. To tell the truth my fiance was getting a little worried and jealous. lol But I was addicted to Love sick. Greatest series I've seen so far! Thank you for introducing me to this one.

I have sinned.. Honestly I've watched all the BL above except for obsessed and the 3rd one. Addicted was actually the first BL I've ever watched, and let me all you, I was totally upset when I found out that it was banned in China, but it honestly made my innocence gone xD. And Counterattack was I think my second BL! haha it's so good though! And I've ever known they admitted they liked each other, do they now? Plus Love sick was THE BEST! That series brought me so much tears and memories! Season two as obviously good!

honestly in my opinion Thai BL and Chinese BL are the best... love Japanese and korean ones and that too but my favorite ones so far are Thai and Chinese (I recomend Make It Right the series, it is an amazing Thai BL comedy series, many MANY ships and cute moments, much drama, currently there are 2 seasons aswell)
Ok well I just finished Sotus and it WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER SEEN!!! Literally pulled an all-nighter because I could not stop watching, dear bl gods in heaven it was SO CUTE! I'm seriously worried that it set the bar too high for the next 3 that are recommended... but I would be amazingly happy to be proven wrong! Thank you so much for making this list! I've struggled to find decent bl movies or series on my own that don't have depressing endings, and I'm sure all of these are gonna be great! (Oh and as Hobie stan I appreciated him being the first thing I saw when the vid started, and the ending of course lol).

I have watched all of these and they are some of my favorites. Lovesick was one of the first I watched and I loved Phun/Noh from the beginning. Loved season 2's ending, waited for that throughout all of the episodes. I just recently watched Sotus and wow, it was amazing. Just like Lovesick, I finished it with a huge smile on my face. Kongpop and Arthit were so adorable together. I also just recently watched HIStory and have to say that Obsessed was my favorite. I loved how it was all about fate/destiny. No matter what they were meant to find and love each other. And as for Addicted, what can be said about that except, I absolutely loved Gu Hai and his love and devotion for Bai Luo Yin. I was so sad that it ended the way it did and wasn't able to have a next season. Thank you tae.sinner for this wonderful video! I look forward to much more in the future from you. :)

I'll give the series 100/100 though my favourite is No Regret, Counterattack, Lovesick, Seven Days, No touching at all. I like Addicted too. Ahhhhh I like every HE BL movies.

I strongly recommend Lovesick 1 and 2 to everyone, it is honestly one of the best bl dramas that exist, it has a nice storyline and the two main characters are slowly growing closer to eachother. There is drama, but also cute moments, I have seen this serie a thousand times because it's really good

I watched Addicted Heroin it was good, but not that chronic. Is the Chinese Gov. banning it because of the drug in the name? It really wasn't a bad show, do you happen to know? I'd be glad to view a season 2 if they lift the ban, and begin filming again.

Lovesick is on top of my list. Its just so innocent and pure and cute. Evokes so much emotions and brings back good memories of first love. Not to mention it was a huge success when it came out and basically paved the way for other BLs to be well-received.

I so agree with you..Your number one choice (Addicted) and number two (Love Sick) are such wonderful stories and the quality of filming for both are outstanding. There is great acting in them both. Counterattack was very fun to watch too. English Subs are better than average for all three as well. Love Sick has Two Seasons. Definitely worth watching Season 1 and Season 2 back to back. I've watched all but one and though they are all great, none were as Fagtastic as Love Sick. I was absolutely addicted to this one. Couldn't work late. Had to run home to watch my show! When it was over, I felt sad. Almost like my boyfriend had left me. To tell the truth my fiance was getting a little worried and jealous. lol But I was addicted to Love sick. Greatest series I've seen so far! Thank you for introducing me to this one.

Honestly I've watched all the BL above except for obsessed and the 3rd one. Addicted was actually the first BL I've ever watched, and let me all you, I was totally upset when I found out that it was banned in China, but it honestly made my innocence gone xD. And Counterattack was I think my second BL! haha it's so good though! And I've ever known they admitted they liked each other, do they now? Plus Love sick was THE BEST! That series brought me so much tears and memories! Season two as obviously good!

honestly in my opinion Thai BL and Chinese BL are the best... love Japanese and korean ones and that too but my favorite ones so far are Thai and Chinese (I recomend Make It Right the series, it is an amazing Thai BL comedy series, many MANY ships and cute moments, much drama, currently there are 2 seasons aswell)
Ok well I just finished Sotus and it WAS ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER SEEN!!! Literally pulled an all-nighter because I could not stop watching, dear bl gods in heaven it was SO CUTE! I'm seriously worried that it set the bar too high for the next 3 that are recommended... but I would be amazingly happy to be proven wrong!

I have watched all of these and they are some of my favorites. Lovesick was one of the first I watched and I loved Phun/Noh from the beginning. Loved season 2's ending, waited for that throughout all of the episodes. I just recently watched Sotus and wow, it was amazing. Just like Lovesick, I finished it with a huge smile on my face. Kongpop and Arthit were so adorable together. I also just recently watched HIStory and have to say that Obsessed was my favorite. I loved how it was all about fate/destiny. No matter what they were meant to find and love each other. And as for Addicted, what can be said about that except, I absolutely loved Gu Hai and his love and devotion for Bai Luo Yin. I was so sad that it ended the way it did and wasn't able to have a next season. Thank you tae.sinner for this wonderful video! I look forward to much more in the future from you. :)

I've watched almost all BL dramas and movies except for few sad ending films. Takumi Kun series is what got me watching BL dramas. I'll give the series 100/100 though my favourite is No Regret, Counterattack, Lovesick, Seven Days, No touching at all. I like Addicted too. Ahhhhh I like every HE BL movies.
