Since you were wondering; I always look at the value first, for both hard and elite caskets I reroll sub 300k value unless I see a master. Seems to be the perfect balance for my rerolls
It's amazing to see that you only have 28 effigy capes with how many clues you've done. It's even crazier that effigy capes are on hards, elites, and masters and you still only have 28 of them lol. You have almost 4 times as many barrows dyes as you do effigy capes! And you also have 6 osh and only one barrel, that's "absolutely insane"!
