I think where you went wrong was when you placed the last product (step 4) on without blow drying first. The last adds moisture and gives some heat protection for when you do the flat iron process. The leave in spray has some thermal protection as well but also shortens the blow dry process. I hope you will try again. This system really gives a great silk press.

Ok, that makes sense. I was wondering why you would put both before blow drying. I get it now 👌🏽

Design essentials has other moisturizing products. Once a week l wash my relaxed hair first with the Design Essentials Oat Protein and Henna Deep Cleansing Clarifying Shampoo, l then wash my hair with Design Essentials Honey Creme Cleansing Shampoo, for conditioner l use the Design Essentials Rosemary & Mint Stimulating Super Moisturizing Conditioner leave in for 10 minutes under shower cap. You can use the Design Essentials Agave & Lavender Moisturizing Blow-Dry & Styling Primer and Design Essentials Natural Agave & Lavender Thermal Protectant Creme for the final steps optional. The Design Essentials Botanical Oils Hair And Body Moisturizer For Relaxed & Natural Hair keeps your hair soft.

OK I use design essentials as well but I use the design essentials silk essentials thermal strength serum that goes great with the shampoo that you were viewing. I just tried it in my hair and it feels like butter heaven everything nice. I promise you use the shampoo that you’re reviewing in the silk, a sensual‘s from design essentials.💯🙌🏾

I love this collection. I have the serum instead of the cream. Step 3 has to be shaken to mix the ingredients before use.

Your hair was sticky and not feeling right step number three because you didn’t follow directions that are written on the bottle. You were supposed to shake it well. Shaking it activates and mixes the two colors. Also on step for you put too much for your hair. The directions say a pea size amount. You put more than that in your hair.

I used it again and got better results, when I followed the directions lol. Thank you!

Hi girl, yeah try spraying less. You could spray in you palm first then distribute to your hair. You will you use less product.
