I've been trimming down for donkeys years never honestly been to concerned about going bald, Im short fat n ugly so enuff to keep me occupied, anyway I had to photograph a woman yesterday doing the SMP on a young lad for a newspaper feature, I'd never heard of this stuff before, after sesh 1 the lad was chuffed to bits, I'm booked in for 4th august. I'm a cross between grey, blond, and full on skin on top so this video was outstanding cheers mate like n subbed.

Great video, I took some notes that I'd like to share:
00:15 : One of the biggest misconception is how to recreate and blend into grey hair.
Grey hair is actually translucent, it's kinda like silver or clear? It looks grey because of where it's reflecting the light off the darker hair next to it.
    - when you shave your hair down to the same length you're looking at the hair follicles
00:40 : SMP replicates hair follicles not hair.
    01:12 : Marc further explains & demostrates.
When you shave your hair down to a zero, the silver hair is gone and all you're left with is the look of the follicles. You'll get more of an even look.

Great video just had smp love the results but my wife wants me to look for a stubble dye? It makes so much sense to cut low and let it blend.

Hi to be fair you never had much grey, I'm 51 and my temples are totally grey, and so is the back, could SMP still work for me? Thanks

@@creativescalps5962 Thanks, I am thinking of having it done but have quite a bit grey hair. I Currently shave it with a razor. Can you still shave with a razor when you have had the process.

@@creativescalps5962 That's useful to know. My hairline and grey hair amount is practically the same as yours in this video so contemplating SMP in the next 1-2 yrs (likely with you tbh as your work seems the most natural).
I shave my hair probably 3 times a week with an Andis foil shaver and notice that after about a day once the hairs begin to regrow the grey hairs become very noticeable in certain lighting as they reflect light.
My worry is as I get on in age and further bald, and most of my hair goes, won't it look silly if my remaining hair on the back and sides reflects light while the SMP throughout the front and middle of my hair doesn't? I might have to foil shave my hair daily to stop the light giving away where I've had SMP.
Not a big deal but I was wondering if you've had any experience with customers in this position - those who have way more grey hairs than us and a lot less hair/more SMP. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks, Marc
