  • Preparing for a new reborn baby or silicone baby doll is so much fun! But how can you do it for under $25? Watch the rest of this video to find out some of my tips!
    **I understand that $25 is too much money for many people, I’m so sorry if you’re in a tough financial situation but please don’t take it out on me. These are only my tips, if they don’t work for you then don’t use them and don’t send hateful or threatening messages. Thanks ☺️
    - Masks are mandatory where I live. I always wear mine In public. If you don’t wear them or disagree you don’t need to send hate over a 4 second clip. (Also I promise I tightened it after filming)

    I understand that everyones financial situation is different, not everyone can afford $25. I'm so sorry if I have offended anyone in any way. These are just my tips, if they don't work for you then you don't have to use them. Please refrain from sending me threats or hate if you're upset about $ or masks. Thanks :)

      I get may have financial difficulties, etc., but if they are sending you death, threats or threats in general, that’s so wrong, yes, I guess financial difficulties may be really tough right now especially because of the pandemic but come on people ❤

    Another great tip for getting baby stuff on a tight budget is Yard Sales! It’s so fun and you can get a ton of stuff for super cheap! Like $.50-$1 per outfit!

    Thank you so much for this video, I am a 15-year-old teenager, struggling with mental health problems and people kicking people out of my life and losing a sibling at just three years old, and I’m now taking it into precautions involving a silicone reborn in my life, which means baby stuff is needed, baby stuff is expensive in 2024 not gonna lie, so your video helped me out a lot finding out how to get stuff on a budget without being overwhelmed. I currently have 30 bucks saved and this is exactly my budget, so thank you so much.❤

    I would go to the 99 cents store or dollar tree because they have some pretty nice bottles. I get my bottles at the 99 cents store and the big ones come in packs of three ( they have both gender bottles ) the boy pack comes in blue and red and the girl once’s come in pink and teal

    This is so awesome! I just love everything you do, and the way you support and help newcomers! I'm far from a newbie anymore, but still found this helpful. I had no idea you could get baby things at the dollar store, and have also been looking for larger bottles for cheap. I will definitely check these bargain places before buying something fancier. Thanks!

    Charity shops and second hand clothes are the best. Especially if some have a couple of small stains.

    So helpful, I don’t buy a lot for my dolls but when I do it often second hand, or from dollar stores. Little tip for anyone in Canada try Dollarama if you have one around you, have gotten 2 sets (4 blankets total) of swaddle blankets for $4 a set, they are about $22 dollars per set at a normal store, the only thing “wrong” with them was a package misprint. Same with brand name dummy’s, bottles, even baby clothes if your lucky. 😄

    Great video with good tips. I love shopping at Walmart and Dollar Tree. I also go to thrift stores for my baby items. In addition to sleepers and onesies, I have found hats, socks, and mittens. I have found a few very soft fleecy swaddle blankets also. I found my pack and play at a yard sale for very little money. Once I even found a swing, car seat, and stroller at a yard sale and paid under $20 for all three items.

    Hi, could you possibly please do a video comparing Luvabella Newborn and a reborn/silicone doll you have of the nearest similar size? It would be really helpful for me as I want to give my Luvabella Newborn a new body because I don't like her stiff limbs and odd proportions and I'd like her to be cuddlier but I'm not sure how her head size is compared to reborns.

    • @LambysNursery
      @LambysNursery  3 года назад +1

      I deeply apologize from the bottom of my heart but last Christmas I gifted my Luvabella Newborn to a girl who wasn't going to get any other dolls for Christmas. I know this is a horrible inconvenience and I'm very sorry.

      @@LambysNursery Hey, you don't have to apologize, they're your dolls ;) and thanks for the reply :)) Could you maybes compare Mealtime Magic instead? as her head is pretty similar to Luvabella Newborn's and it would still give me a fair idea, and any other viewers who might want to try changing their Luvabella Newborn's body

    • @LambysNursery
      @LambysNursery  3 года назад +1

      I will consider it. At this time I am moving and all of my reborns are packed up for the move, it may be a few weeks to a month before there will be any new reborn related content out from me. (Also I cannot think of a reborn I own that is comparable in size to the luvabellas, another collector may have better options for what you're looking for.) I deeply apologize.
