Thank you for watching, I completely agree with you that I had many poor shifts in this video. I had not yet gotten used to the E90 clutch since I had not driven it for long before recording - this combined with being rusty at driving manual made my shifting even worse.
E90 is becoming my realistic daily dream car. Nowadays i drive E320, so going from 3.2 to 2.0 will be a drastic change in the power, but 325 would be enough.
@@yeahnoway111 335 is great, but too expensive and hard to maintain. I think 330 is kinda the best variant. Good power and reliable. I also think about Lexus IS250, not as sporty, but realiable as hell.

I have one question to ask about E90 bmw 320i N43 engine. Is this car really worth it or it has problems with engine because N52’s owners claim this car is not good. Feedback would be appreciated thank you
Hey i own one! Let me tell you a couple of things: The N43 is direct injection with 170hp and this one is 150hp without direct injection, i believe is N45. As a 13 yo car, some things needed change but the most painful was the injectors (but much needed since they revised them and got the index 12 ones). Other than that the car is amazing, good fuel consumption for the power, reliable, good quality. I do 50/50 and avg 7L/100km. But keep in mind since is a high compression engine you will have to feed it with 98 octane (allegedly you can use 95 and the car will adjust to it in order to prevent knock, but i like to keep it safe). I started learning to do maintenance myself and im amazed on how easy it is to work on and how much money im saving by avoiding workshops. Bought it with 160k km and now im at 220k km, soon it will be my 4th year ownership so let me know if you have more questions!
@@Lionelitun change the oil and filter at 10k km, brake fluid after 2 years, changed once spark plugs and coils just for troubleshooting and no fuel filter to change
@RandomChannelRandomThings wrote an excellent summary and I completely agree with the points mentioned. The 320i E90 of this year has the N46 engine, and as far as I know it is a reliable and durable engine with the exception of oil leaks that most older BMWs are riddled with. As for the E90 generation itself, it is worth mentioning that it does have a few reliability issues, mostly electrical, that can be expensive to repair due to the high spare part costs. With this being said, it is well built and many consider the E90 (non-turbo) to be one of the most reliable BMW models.
Hello greetings from Chile. I am about to buy this car and I would like to know at how many RPM the engine is driven at a speed of 100 km / r in Shift number 6🚙
Greetings, thank you for watching the video! I have limited experience with the E90 320i on the highway, but I would estimate the engine to be around 2000 RPM at 100 km/h in 6th gear - quite low in other words and definitely geared well for fuel economy.
The peak power is at high rpms (150 PS at 6,200 rpm), so like with most naturally aspirated BMW engines it has to be revved hard to get a true feel for its performance. For this reason it may feel sluggish at lower rpms.
Dude the way you slipping that clutch 😂😂
First day with a driver license.. We have all been there, tho' I learned it way before that.. :D

Bit late to the comment but bmw manuals are harder to drive smoothly than most manuals tbf. Takes longer to get used to

For double vanos combine with valvetronic it feels underpowered. It still is kinda punchy at stock, but needs to be chipped.

Did you floor the gas pedal ? Cuz mine has the AT, and it did 0 - 100 in 8,X seconds ish.
I did, although my shifts were rather poor which might explain the discrepancy.
