Lucky or I enhanced 100+ Artifacts to eventually land on God Artifacts based on my knowledge of what stats are good and only upgrading pieces with potenial on Artifacts. Not randomly going for trash pieces with only 1 good stat hoping for luck to shine.

She is. I pulled her with A1 and she does godly damage and you can charge her ultimate with 3 basic attacks and it does millions of damage and you don't need harper to play her but if you have harper then it's better too.
