No I think so the Henry superman has good character arc but his character arc is not the same as the comics while dave’s superman character arc is directly from comics and is a accurate description of Superman ,i.e.,hope of humanity rather than a diverted hero .I personally love Cavils superman but let’s not give hate to new new movie and vice verse applies too.I think so let watch the first movie after it releases and then judge and not let ourselves the one who judges book by it’s cover
I don't mean to hate but I feel like Zack Snyders superman showed exactly what it meant to be hero in a world that didn't make it easy to be one. Henry Cavill's superman already showed the humanity of superman in a a very realistic way to me. so I'm really intrigued to see what James gunn does differently
