My very best killed him self abit back he was a 3 times gold gloves champion a wrestling champion and bjj purple belt and just one all round bad ass guy with the biggest heart. He helped me with my training and believed in me even when i didn't believe in myself. Im sure alot of people will have similar story/stories about people who have helped them or come in to their lives to even briefly change are life's for the better.

I sparred a new fighter yesterday, although he is no rookie, something like 30 amateur may thai fights. In the the end I may have only scored maybe three times, as the fear increased during the spar of what might transpire, i dreamt of a flow state where I may one day be the victor.

This is no slight against him. If people knew he was cleverly bread-crumbing them towards metaphysical dualism and to more complex, comprehensive ontologies, they might feel betrayed, hurt, and lash out in destructive ways.
But, this is incontrovertibly Sam Harris. The cadence of speech, the patterns of emphasis and inflection, the choice of words and the general Philosophical outlook- all Sam.
