I've been slacking off on my goals recently and took nearly 3 weeks away from my plan and messed around and played video games instead. I really needed to hear this today. It is time for me to get back on the horse and continue to strive toward the reality I want for myself. I won't beat myself up over the 3 weeks lost, that doesn't change anything and only brings negativity and bitterness. It's a marathon, not a race. We're all gonna make it brothers. Stay the course.

Really encouraging to hear your message. I did the same thing. Got into video games for a few weeks, and just hid away. I kept beating myself up for not continuing on with goals. Stay on course brother! I came back Harder and started stacking more daily wins. Uninstalled all my games, and making adjustments
"Practice will never fail you." With enough time put into something, you will become good at it. But you have to be patient. Something I'm learning at the moment.

These days i struggle a lot with concept of purpose and meaning. In the present moment or little bit further i get the strong sense of one, but when i contemplate on eternity i got that sickening feeling in the guts that want to point me to absurdism or some enlightened nihilism cause in the grand scheme of things everything seems like all of this already happened over billion times over and over again. Thanks for this, just when needed!

@@GRAVEMINDunderground thanks for the answer, i think the problem lies in fact that i constantly try to combine western(goal oriented and purposeful) way of being with eastern ( living at the moment, presence etc). Doing this, often times i get into the state of confusion, i would like to stick to one, but looking at them separately i feel like something is missing no matter which one i live.
@@PlemenitaZver I know what you mean, that's in fact something that may be confusing. In my own experience it's possible to unite eastern and western principles or, for that matter, old knowledge and new knowledge, ancient philosophy and modern science - and ultimately, based upon your very own experiences, forge your own path, which may be related to all of these ideas but ultimately it's your own way, where you pick what's for you and leave the rest behind.

I struggle with digestive issues for the last 8 years.

Gravemind, I see that you use anime for a lot of your visuals, what are some of your favorite animes?
To be completely honest, I prefer manga over anime, BUT that being said, there are some great adaptations of works I like, such as Berserk (1997 version), The Fist Of The North Star (1986 version - even though they changed it quite a bit), Ninja Scroll, Vampire Hunter D, Ashita No Joe, Hajime No Ippo and I absolutely loved Yu Yu Hakusho! But there are definitely many many more great shows out there, even new ones! What are some of your favorites?

I found this channel shortly before the new year. After years of living a sedimentary lifestyle and letting my health deteriorate, I decided to focus on the things I could control. 2 months later and I am down 15 pounds, eating healthier and training 7 days a week. I listen to @GRAVEMIND videos dail, they help me stay the course. This will be the year I make it, and I will continue to make it every year after.

Sometimes I just wished I had more people like the ones from this community near me, i have been feeling so alone, I keep doing my journey but I can't find anyone with the same "hobbies" has me, I have fears and dreams and nobody to share them to. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by them and start struggling more to carry them and when I try to find help people laugh at the things I say. Thank you for your videos they always make calm and help me to focus on what I need to do. You have been a life savior

I suffered a grade 3 hamstring tear a year and a half ago
I didn’t have health insurance and was limping around and driving with my left foot.
This lasted for months.
A year and a half later, I have a better job, health insurance, and going to physical therapy.
Stay the course, be patient, never stop working, God would never give you tasks you couldn’t handle. Handle them and progress.
