I had met the grade for campus entry
Hi! Bridging is normally possible for self sponsored students. Also take note that some departments such as education do not recognize bridging certificates. If you really want to be under government sponsorship, I would advise to repeat in order to improve on your grades unfortunately registration of candidates was closed and maybe try next year.
how do i add a learner who is in grade 5 to grade 4 in tehe same school. he dropped out for a year then come back
You will have to register the learner afresh. Remember the system is configured such that we have 100% transition. No repetition

Currently there's no provision to move a learner from stage based pathway to age based pathway.

Not possible. Once registered in a given centre there's no room for transfers. One has to make a decision on where to write exams before registration is done.
